Findout ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Findout mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

  • Chat content: Messages you send to the AI assistant, including text, images, and files you upload for analysis.
  • Subscription data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Apple through In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store your payment information.

  • Device information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
  • Usage data: App interactions, features used, session duration, and crash reports.
  • Analytics: Anonymized usage analytics to improve the App experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
  • Process your AI chat requests and deliver responses.
  • Manage your account and subscription status.

Your chat messages are processed in real-time to generate AI responses. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) to protect data in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • AI service providers: Your chat messages are sent to third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to generate responses. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

You can delete your account directly from the App settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

The App may display links to third-party websites in AI responses. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
