These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Findout mobile application ("App") operated by Findout ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Findout is an AI-powered chat and search assistant. You may use the App for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to harass, stalk, or harm any individual using information obtained through the App.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
  • Circumvent any usage limits, access controls, or security measures.
  • Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without permission.

2. Accounts

You may use the App as a guest or create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. AI-Generated Content

The App uses third-party AI models to generate responses. You acknowledge that:

  • AI responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.
  • You should independently verify important information before relying on it.
  • AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The App offers free and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free users have a limited number of messages per day. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time. Upgrading to a paid plan removes these limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated and AI-generated content) are owned by Findout and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit to the App.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages from reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
